Preparation suggestions :

For one litre of water, add the equivalent of one to three teaspoons of the composition, then pour in the boiling water.

Leave to infuse for less than 5 minutes, depending on the desired taste. Sweeten your infusion with a little honey.

Avoid in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Store in a cool, dry place.
