Lemon Thyme helps ease infections due to a cold such as the flu, a feeling of fatigue, but also to calm irritated throats, a cough and to help with breathing. Taken regularly, it tonifies and prevents from all these illnesses.

Preparation suggestion :
For one cup, add the equivalent of one to three teaspoons of Lemon Thyme powder and then pour in boiling water. Leave to infuse for less than 5 minutes, depending on the desired taste. Sweeten your infusion with a little honey.
Precaution of use :
Lemon thyme tea is safe, but taking litres every day is not recommended. It is not recommended for: pregnant women - nursing mothers - young children.
